I work to figure out people and the world around them. Then I write it down and share.

There is a beautiful complexity in a world where our intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizational, and cultural systems are constantly interacting and influencing each other. Understanding those interactions takes time, thought, and process. Putting it all together takes even longer. But I enjoy it and work to share with you.
